SHIPPING/PACKAGING CHARGES

The following table shows the shipping/Packaging rates we use for UK (1st and 2nd class orders) and worldwide orders. Shipping/Packaging rates are calculated by the gross weight of your order. The cost of shipping is then in accordance to Royal Mail’s costs.

SHIPPING/PACKAGING METHOD

All items are posted using “Royal Mail recorded and Signed for” delivery service, any items posted out of the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Signed for service. Ask for further details.

WORLDWIDE CUSTOMERS

For postage to worldwide customers be sure to select the “Airmail” option when you come to paying for your items. Selecting anything else will only delay the process as we will request that you resubmit your order using the “Airmail” postage method. Most of the time this is not an issue as we have listed worldwide countries to only show the airmail option at checkout

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item you may do so within 7 days of receiving your product. Items returned must be in the same condition as stated on the product information page. We will refund the cost of the items, however packaging costs will not be refunded. A 5% restock fee will apply to any unwanted returned item.
